SUMMARY:Gong-Meditation EN in Zurich
DESCRIPTION:Experience the transformative power of gong meditation! During
a gong meditation you simply lie down comfortably\, let go and listen to t
he deep\, overtone-rich vibrations of the gong. \n\nThese healing sounds p
enetrate your body\, releasing emotional burdens and helping to dissolve l
imiting thought patterns. Gong meditation can be a particularly good compa
 nion for anxiety\, depression\, insomnia\, pain and stress.\n\nWhat exactl
y happens during gong meditation?\nTo create a relaxed atmosphere\, we beg
in with a guided meditation accompanied by singing bowls\, which open the
door to the sound experience to come. The gong sounds softly at first and
then gets louder and louder. Its vibrations penetrate the body\, releasing
blocked energies and creating space for inner potential to unfold. Each g
ong meditation ends with a few minutes of deep silence.\n\nWhen you first
encounter the gong\, your mind may react with curiosity to the different s
ounds. It may take you two or three Gong Meditations to completely let go
and relax. But even after the first gong meditation you will feel a positi
ve change in your everyday life.\n\nImmerse yourself in the world of sound
healing and experience how the gong can restore your inner harmony.\n\nRe
